ROBERT ELBRIDGE SMITH, P.E. received his BSCE and MS in Structural Engineering from University of Cincinnati in Ohio and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Along with designing bridge structures for Stantec - Robert brings to the studio invaluable technical and administrative savvy.
